  SUPPORT DIY COMMUNITY

  SUPPORT DIY COMMUNITY

Within the DIY music scene, a distinct and active culture continues to develop. It raises awareness, shapes perspectives, and resists attempts to weaken its presence. Through self-organization and collaboration, it challenges the conventional structure of organizer and audience that defines profit-driven entertainment. Instead, participants take responsibility for both the planning and realization of events. In this context, creativity is not limited to self-expression, but functions as a means of social engagement and change. The DIY ethos is grounded in questioning established norms and encouraging collective response.

Rather than promoting passive consumption, this approach supports active participation. Individuals are encouraged to contribute, engage, and take part in both the music and the wider community. A clear position is maintained against commercial practices. Despite the practical costs involved, events operate through voluntary contributions. This model ensures that financial limitations do not restrict access. Continued support is essential for sustaining these efforts, including the maintenance of the space and the development of ongoing projects.

Through collective action, this community seeks to preserve and strengthen an independent cultural voice. It supports ongoing artistic activity and personal expression, while maintaining resilience against mainstream cultural pressures. In this way, it creates space for meaningful participation within a shared environment.

A strict no-tolerance policy applies to any form of discrimination, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism. Such behavior is not accepted under any circumstances and will lead to immediate exclusion from the space.

Any conduct that undermines the safety or integrity of others will be addressed without delay. If you experience or witness such behavior, inform an organizer immediately.
